LAOC event costs: as of June 2009
Costs are low and cover expenses and maps.(may vary slightly for
special events or venues):

Individuals:
$5 member-adult
$10 non-member
Group:**
$7 member
$12 non-member
extra maps - $2
electronic e-stick rental $2 (this is being used more often than
the card and pin-punches)
Compass rental - $1
**Group: is defined as a single competitive unit of 2 or
more people, (preferably no more than 4)
Each group receives one control card and two maps
Membership costs includes a
bi-monthly newsletter. Scout troops can join for the family rate ,
the troop will receive only one newsletter but any member of that
troop will receive LAOC member discount rates when attending a
meet.
