GROUPS - FAMILIES - TEAMS
LARGE GROUPS - please let Meet Director know to expect you
TEAM:= 2 or more people people who go out together as one competitive entry.
(preferably no more than 4).
Larger Groups need to split into more than one team.
Each team-entry receives 2 maps, you may purchase more.
Fill in ONLY ONE entry form per team
- Each team must have a "leader' who does the registration, enters the safety info, and is the point-of-contact.
- Each team needs a TEAM NAME. - there is 24 spaces available. Be inventive - your team name can be such "The Smith's", "John Doe's Team", "HotFooters", "CompassFreaks". Couples with same last name may have a TEAM-name like "John and Jane Doe" (but still one of them must be the person making the reservation, ie the team-leader and both names must go on the waiver.)
- Each member of a team must print their name on the paper entry form* and sign the waiver. The leaders name will be already printed there on line 1. (* for o-line registration this is the confirmation screen or the email copy which you print)
ORGANIZED YOUTH GROUPS (Scouts, JROTC, Schools etc)
Divide your group into small teams: about 3 juniors and one adult. Fill in an entry form for each team. One person, the adult in charge, can present all these forms to registration and pay. You may also use ONE
waiver signed by the adult in charge
